In addition to over 15 items from our egg/omelet station made to order, griddle items and toaster station; this Residential Restaurant offers traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner fare. We feature flavor profiles from around the globe.

What you want when you want it:

Select from over 50 items from our salad/ deli bar with fresh local ingredients prepared fresh each morning. Choose from other fresh local ingredients that our chefs will prepare and sauté for you right before your eyes to your exact specifications. Between 5 pastas and rice, 3 daily sauces, daily proteins and endless fresh cut produce you will never have to eat the same meal twice.

We present daily entrée specials utilizing our new Panini Press and Impinger Oven. From made to order mac & cheese casseroles to an authentic Cuban style panini; our items are always made fresh and hot just for you.

Emerson Dining Hall and all of Dining Services procure over 90% of our food and beverage items from locally sourced vendors. We also work within our local community for food donations, assistance with local farmers and well as charity services. Below are some additional highlights for Emerson Dining Hall.

• Create your own Belgian Waffle at breakfast.
• Freshly cut fruits and whole fruits displayed daily.
• 6 varieties of cereals for the sweet tooth and health conscious as well as one featured hot cereal daily.
• 6 varieties of milk including soy and rice milk.
• Fresh daily baked breads and rolls from our very own bake shop.
• 2 homemade soups made daily with one vegetarian a must.
• At our deli bar you can choose from 13 varieties of meats and cheeses as well as tuna, chicken and egg salad.
• Soft serve ice cream station with 2 low fat varieties a day with various toppings.
• Fresh homemade desserts made daily for each meal from our bakers.
• 20 different choices of beverages including equal exchange coffee, soda, juices and sports drinks.

Note: All of our food and beverage stations in Emerson Dining Hall provides for Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan Lifestyles.

We are proud to serve Cage Free whole shell eggs.
