In addition to a full breakfast featuring eggs made to order, griddle items, and a toaster station, this Residential Restaurant offers traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner fare. We feature flavor profiles from around the globe. Select over 15 items on our salad bar which feature the freshest local produce. Enjoy a custom sauteed meal that you create from 12 different fresh ingredients, 2 home-style entrees everyday or a hot toasted sandwich prepared just for you.

  • 15 assorted toppings on our omelet bar as well as eggs made to order, Egg Beaters and Egg Whites
  • 5 types of breakfast items including Pancakes or French Toast, Bacon, Sausage, and Breakfast Potatoes
  • Belgian Waffles with 5 assorted toppings
  • 15 types of breads that are all either purchased locally or baked fresh in the Emerson Bakery
  • 8 toppings at the Toaster Station including Sunbutter, Peanut Butter and assorted cream cheeses
  • 7 choices of fruit
  • 6 varieties of your favorite cereals. Something sweet or low fat, we have it! Want it hot? Choose from 2!
  • 6 varieties of milk including 2% and Skim in addition to 2 types of Soy milk and 1 of Rice milk
  • 2 choices of soup daily, with one option always being vegetarian
  • A Vegetarian or Vegan option on every station
  • At the EntrĂ©e Station a choice of 2 daily specials that also include your choice of starch and 2 vegetables
  • A fresh hot Sandwich of the Day
  • At the Saute` Station you can choose from 12 fresh assorted items to create your own masterpiece- add either a pasta or rice and mix it up with any or all of our 4 sauces
  • 15 choices of the freshest local produce and compound salads at our Salad Bar
  • Olive oil and 2 types of vinegars available at the Salad Bar
  • Sunflower seeds, bacon bits, croutons and chow mien noodles available for topping your salad
  • At the Deli Bar you can choose from 13 varieties of meats and cheeses, as well as Tuna or Chicken Salad
  • 2 flavors of low fat soft serve ice cream and top it off with 4 different toppings
  • 2 home-made desserts everyday
  • 20 different choices of hot and cold beverages that include coffee, tea, flavored spring water, soda and juices.

  • We purchase seafood through a partnership with Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch program.
