• We serve RBGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone) free milk in all our dining rooms and retail locations

  • We purchase recycled napkins, recycled office paper, and recycled paper towels

  • All four schools have converted to trayless dining. We estimate that it takes 1/3 to ½ gallon of water to wash one tray. At a conservative average of 750 trays per day per school, we potentially saved over 1,000 gallons of water for every day we operate!

  • We purchase biodegradable beverage cups, plates and garbage bags

  • We purchase Ecolab Green Cleaning Chemicals which are less toxic to the water table

  • We recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, and cardboard 

  • We convert our used fryer oil to biodiesel

  • We attend regular meetings and participate in the school’s sustainability committees

  • We purchase local produce and manufactured goods and support the local communities we serve whenever possible.
