We serve RBGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone) free milk in all our dining rooms and retail locations

We purchase recycled napkins, recycled office paper, and recycled paper towels
- All four schools have converted to trayless dining. We estimate that it takes 1/3 to ½ gallon of water to wash one tray. At a conservative average of 750 trays per day per school, we potentially saved over 1,000 gallons of water for every day we operate!
- We purchase biodegradable beverage cups, plates and garbage bags
- We purchase Ecolab Green Cleaning Chemicals which are less toxic to the water table
- We recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, and cardboard
- We convert our used fryer oil to biodiesel
- We attend regular meetings and participate in the school’s sustainability committees
- We purchase local produce and manufactured goods and support the local communities we serve whenever possible.
