Welcome to UMF Catering!
Whether your event is small and casual or large and extravagant, we would love to help! We can provide catering for both on-campus events as well as off-campus. Please visit our catering website, CaterTrax, for our menues and to access online ordering.

If your event is on-campus, please call Doris Tutlis at (207) 778-7344. Doris is with the Conferences and Facilities Department at the University of Maine at Farmington. You can order on-campus catering from CaterTrax, as well.

Reservations should be made as early as possible to enable us to procure menu items desired for your function. If booking on-campus, we request that your Room Reservation Form be made out at least two weeks in advance of service for Banquets, and five working days for Beverage Service.

A minimum notice of two weeks are needed for Liquor Service.

Late orders are subject to availability, however, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests for services.
