All food orders must be placed through Doris Tutlis with the Conferences and Facilities Office at the University of Maine at Farmington. Their office can be reached at 207-778-7344.

UMF Catering Menu

Reservations should be made as early as possible to enable us to procure menu items desired for your function. We request that your Room Reservation form be made out at least two weeks in advance of service for Banquets, and five working days for Beverage Service. Two weeks minimum are needed for Liquor Service.

Late orders are subject to availability; however, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests for services.
