Cheney Restaurant

The Restaurant Is OPEN….At Springfield College.

Springfield College opened its restaurant doors in October 2007.  The restaurant; O’Flynnigan’s, is open for business the second Thursday of each month.  Executive Chef; Drew Hall, carefully composes a four course prix fixe seasonal menu for each month.  The restaurant was developed as a way to give students a chance to enjoy an upscale meal without having to leave campus.  What do diners experience at O’Flynnigan's?  How about herb encrusted rack of lamb with whole grain mustard and chive beurre blanc accompanied with wild mushroom and gruyere cheese au gratin potatoes and rainbow Swiss chard.  Or perhaps, Panko encrusted tuna with red onion and pear marmalade topped with wasabi oil and fried Enoki mushrooms.  Each meal is capped off with a delectable dessert courtesy of our Baker; Mike Lucas.
Bon appetite!
