We are connecting and developing environmental stewardship programs and policies that weave throughout our business operations. These include sustainable foods and agriculture, earth-friendly procurement, energy conservation, waste management, and buildings and system design.
Try our Reusable To-Go Containers at the Husky Hideaway Snack Bar in Gorham and the Woodbury Food Court in Portland. Help USM reduce waste by choosing to eliminate disposable containers from your routine. Go here for more info!
USM Dining Services is officially plastic bag-free! Bring your own bag when you shop at our locations around all three campuses. Don't have a bag? No problem! We have some sturdy, washable reusable bags on sale for only $2.99. Pick one up next time you are in and use it for all your shopping needs. We are working with you to reduce our environmental impact!
