We have had some recent changes to our management team in Dining Services. Sarah Fluet, formerly the Location Manager for Portland Hall, has now joined the Management Team on the Portland Campus as Chef Manager. She brings a fresh insight into food creations and is a welcomed addition to the Portland team.
James Consentino, formerly the Food Production Manager at Johnson State College in Vermont, is now the new Food Production Manager for the Gorham Campus. He is excited be working here at the University of Southern Maine and has brought a innovative fresh food approach to the residential dining program. _________________________________________________________________
