Recipes from Home Series 

Do you miss having your son or daughter at the dinner table each night?  Do they have a favorite meal they can't wait to eat when they  come home?   Well, here is a way to bring the family dinner table to them!  Whether they live on campus or commute, they can have their favorite meal while at USM, with their favorite recipe from home!!  That's right, we will prepare their favorite recipe, submitted by you with love. 

WE WILL FEATURE A NEW RECIPE FOR EACH LOCATION EVERY TWO WEEKS; STARTING SEPTEMBER 2008!

There are two ways to submit your recipe: 

     email kbrady@usm.maine.edu    or send a printed copy by fax or mail

PLEASE INCLUDE THE RECIPE NAME AND THE NUMBER OF SERVINGS. PLEASE BE EXACT WITH INGREDIENTS AND  DIRECTIONS

Also include your NAME (are you a parent, faculty member, staff member, alumnus or alumna/student?), ADDRESS, TELEPHONE#, EMAIL, YOUR STUDENT'S NAME, CLASS OF:, AND THE LOCATION YOUR DTUDENTS DINES IN MOST OFTEN: WOODBURY CAMPUS CENTER OR THE BROOKS STUDENT CENTER.

By submitting your recipe, you are granting USM Dining permission to display the   recipe on our Web site, newsletter and any other USM Dining publication.
