Just4U HEALTH-FINDER Signs

The new Just4U HEALTH-FINDER signs are simple but powerful nutrition messages that make it easier than ever to make informed choices quickly and easily. These signs enable you to find the menu selections that best fit your lifestyle.

For menu selections lower in fat...
        Less than 10 grams of total fat
        Less than 5 grams of total fat
        Less than 3 grams total fat per serving and 30% of calories from fat or lower
        Zero fat per serving (must be less than 0.5 grams to qualify)

For menu selections lower in calories...
        Less than 500 total calories and 30% of calories from fat or lower
        Less than 300 total calories and 30% of calories from fat or lower
        Less than 100 total calories and 30% of calories from fat or lower

For menu selections that are lower in fat, calories, and sodium...
        Entrees: 500 calories or less, 30% of calories from fat or lower, and 600 mg sodium or less
                  Side dishes: 300 calories or less, 30% of calories from fat or lower, and 400 mg sodium or less

For selections with less of ingredients some consumers try to avoid...
        15 or fewer grams of carbohydrates
        No salt added in the preparation and no ingredients with added salt
        No sugar added, and no added artificial sweeteners

Menu items made using healthier preparation methods...
        Prepared by oven baking, not deep fried
        Fried in ARAMARK-specified zero trans fat oil
        Steamed (no added butter, margarine, oil, or fat of any kind)

Vegetarian, vegan, and organic selections...
        No meat, fish, or poultry (can include dairy, eggs, or honey)
        Any vegetable items
        No animal products of any kind (can not include dairy, eggs, or honey)
        Selections that contain fruits or vegetables that were grown in the region local to the serving location. 
                  Locally grown ingredient should be the leading item in the ingredient list.
        Products purchased by ARAMARK that are labelled organic by the grower, distributer, or manufacturer
