Our five-week summer session services in Uncommons and the Ryley Roller vary just slightly from the academic year services. In the summer, we offer more cold entrees and sandwiches, a more expansive deli selection and a Friday night cookout. At dinner we also have two exhibition "sizzle" stations were students can get made to order food like chicken teriyaki with vegetables over sticky rice and made to order chicken fajita's with toppings. Uncommons has two full salad bars, a full deli bar, a pasta bar and four main serving lines. Our menu's feature foods from around the world and a Vegetarian offering is available at each meal. Most of our food is made on premis using only high quality, wholesome ingredients purchased from local purveyors. We also have gluten-free cereals, breads and a toaster for gluten free students. We have soy milk, lactaid and fresh fruits and yogurts at every meal. Our staff is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
