Our five week Summer Session took on a new look in 2009, as we served our Summer Session program in Paresky Commons.
Our newly renovated Dining Halls and Platforms offered a wide variety of nutritious options served from state of the art kitchens.
Our Wokery and Saute stations offer international selections from General Tso’s Chicken to Mongolian Vegetable Couscous. Traditional stir fry is offered as well as soft tacos and vegetarian options.
Menu selections prepared in our Hearth oven can vary from pizza to calzones as well as hearty entrees such as Baked Lasagna casseroles, to all American Shepard’s Pie. Try our margarita pizza or Phillips own Big Blue! It is a campus favorite.
On the upper level of Paresky, our Home Style kitchen and Grill areas present traditional American fare from burgers and dogs, to grilled Sandwiches at lunch to Roast Pork, Turkey and Chicken dinners with local vegetables and accompaniments.
In addition we provide a full service salad bar, breakfast pastry and yogurt bar and deli bar. A pasta bar is available during lunch and dinner with a rotating variety of pastas and sauces.
Most of our food is made on premise using high quality, wholesome and fresh ingredients which are purchased locally as much as possible. Our menus feature foods from around the world and vegetarian options at each meal.

In addition to our 2 levels of dining areas, weekend service will be available on our basement level in The Den. The Den, a large comfortable lounge area complete with a TV projection screen for sports events and movies provides a relaxed atmosphere. The Emporium, our convenience store is stocked with sundries as well as nutritious snack foods for your enjoyment. A full service grill and pizza oven can provide you with the perfect late night snack to share with new found friends. Our fruit smoothies are a refreshing favorite that you don’t want to miss.
