Welcome home to Paresky Commons! The 1st floor hosts a wide range of food choices that are sure to satisfy!

Our main feature is the Wood Stone Hearth Oven™.

Featuring some of your all time Pizza, Calzone and Casserole favorites and some new ones as well like; BLT Pizza, our own Big Blue Pizza, Eggplant Parmesan Casseroles, Sweet Chicken Piccata and of course Flat Bread Pizza. Did you know? Celebrity chefs such as Wolf Gang Puck, Emeril Lagasse and Todd English have also used the Wood Stone Hearth Oven™ - We are sure this station will be a "super-star" in your eyes too!

We are happy to announce two Made To Order "stir fry" locations as well.

The Wokery is the first, and will focus mainly on high heat wokery style cooking. At this destination you will find a daily protein such as Poultry, Sirloin or Tofu waiting to be blended with your choice of fresh cut vegetables and our homemade sauces served with rice or noodles. These stir-fries are prepared to order, cooked just for you, just how you like it.

The Saute station, will feature a variety of healthy, local and sustainable ingredients that will be incorporate into many types of dishes while eliminating some of the allergens that a number of students here at Phillips Academy attempt to avoid. This station will not include any of the following ingredients in any of its recipes; tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, gluten, dairy or eggs. Highlights at this location will include Grass fed Steak Tips with Organic Mushrooms, Free Range Chicken Ala King, Hook and Line caught Steamed Haddock and Hand Rolled Sushi (California rolls).

Our Salad Bar holds 60 choices of fresh fruits and vegetables, both local, and organic. You will be sure to find all the makings of a fresh and healthy meal. Right along side is the Deli station with a variety of both domestic and imported meats and cheeses and fresh local breads purchased from Fantini Bakery, Havehill, MA. As well as our own Homemade Breads, Rolls and Desserts.

Lets not forget The Cafe our answer to the European Coffee Bar! The Cafe in the morning will feature espresso, cappuccino, made to order parfaits, fresh pastry and fruits in the morning. During lunch The Cafe will serve specialty sandwiches and soup du jour, perfect for those on the run.
