Fall semester brings upon new faces, hectic schedules, and the changing autumnal season.  Stress levels rise and time becomes precious.  We're here to offer you a deserved escape from the daily grind, even if for 5 minutes between classes and meetings.

Let's face it; you spend a lot of time on campus.  But, not all of it should be "at work".  We understand that, and have redesigned our menus keeping value and quality food a premier priority.  Whether a full meal or a mid-day snack, we promise an economical pick-me-up from your daily routine.

Stop by and say "Hello" at Paresky and don't forget to visit The Den for all your back to school needs or for a delicious fruit smoothie!

Did You Know.....

• We've recycled 631 gallons of vegetable oil in 2009, CO2 savings is equal to planting 1,163 trees.
• We've diverted 68,000 pounds of pre and post consumer trash from the waste stream and turned it into rich and healthy compost. (April '09-Aug '09)
• 31.1 % of our food purchases for September were spent on Local, Organic and Sustainable products.
• We've committed to using 100% compostable service ware when china/melamine is not an option.(Welcome Lunch @ the Cage 100% compostable, HOS BBQ, Faculty & Staff BBQ served on melamine)
• We've been composting and recycling at all major events.
• We've committed to employee training and consumer awareness to facilitate our composting/recycling efforts.
• We've become a certified Energy & Water Conservation site through the ARAMARK Green Stakes program.
• We've identified and are in the process of eliminating all HFCS products from the Salad Bars, Deli Bars and Cereal Bars.
