The Catering Staff at Phillips Academy is pleased to assist you in planning your next event. Please keep in mind that our on-line catering menu is just a guide. We can customize any event to your specifications. From the type of menu, style of service, to centerpieces and table linen, we will deliver a flawless and memorable occasion for you and your guests.

There are a variety of ways to place an order for an event. To plan  your event, please call 978-749-4399 or you may utilize our on line order service. We have included an order form for those of you who choose to order on-line.  We ask that you please fill in all of the fields on the form.

Please keep in mind, for events not being hosted in Commons, you will need to contact OPP and AV and supply them with your table requests and set-up requirements.  Our booking requirements are as follows:

• For 50 guests or less we require at least a 48 hour notice
• For 50-100 guests we require at least a 1 week notice
• For events more complex or larger than 100 guests, please contact the Catering Department 2 weeks prior to the event

Events that exceed $500.00 will require a contract that specifies the number of guests expected to attend along with our projected cost breakdown of the event. Cost estimates for smaller events will also be made available to you prior to the event upon your timely request.
