The Catering department of Phillips Academy is pleased to introduce our new Catering Guides and Sustainability program this term.
The guide will assist you in planning of your events from a simple reception to a formal dinner. Our Executive Chef Eric Heinrich is available to meet with you to customize your menu for special events, dinners and formal receptions. A premier level of catering is available by meeting with us to plan each and every detail of your event. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with each and every event by offering special attention to detail from menu planning to linen, china and table service.
For casual events our takeaway guide offers simple ideas for smaller events, munches and receptions. Takeaway orders include biodegradable service ware as we continue to work toward a Greener Blue.
Our new Sustainability program is also included on this site and can be accessed through the link to the right of this page. Our program covers all aspects of sustainability from using fresh, local and organic foods wherever possible and to eliminate the use of disposable products inside Paresky Commons for events. In keeping with the construction of the new facility at Paresky we want to maximize energy efficiency, decrease waste and continue our commitment to social and environmental issues.
Our three main initiatives in catering will focus on…

· To support and continue to educate the community torward sustainable dining in catering.
