Information you will need to supply:

• Your Name and Phone Number
• Date of the event
• Event guest count estimate
• Event time and location
• Any additional comments you would like to add regarding menus or special requests

Orders submitted less than 48 prior to the start of the event must be made by telephone. If you do not hear from a catering department employee within 24 hours of the transmission of this request please call to confirm receipt at 860-768-5017.
