Get Well Buddy Form
It's flu season and we have developed a "Get Well Buddy Form" should you become ill. If you get sick, you can simply fill out this form and have your friend pick up your food for you at the Commons. All you need to do is print out the attached form, fill it out, and have your friend bring it with them when they go to pick up your food.
Don't worry about missing a meal again because you are sick. Download the form below and we'll be sure to take good care of you.
