SUSTAINABLE FOOD
- We purchase produce in season within New England
- We purchase local produce through local provider Sid Wainer
- We purchase bread from local bakery Fantini Bakery
- We purchase milk through local dairy HP Hood
- We serve Fair Trade Green Mountain Coffee
- We serve organic salad dressing, soy milk and tofu, as well as gluten-free Trix Cereal
RECYCLING
- Our napkins and paper towels are made from recycled paper only
- We purchase in bulk to reduce packaging waste
- We recycle paper and cardboard
ENERGY AND WATER CONSERVATION
- We have gone trayless to conserve water and energy
