SUSTAINABLE FOOD

  • We purchase produce in season within New England
  • We purchase local produce through local provider Sid Wainer
  • We purchase bread from local bakery Fantini Bakery
  • We purchase milk through local dairy HP Hood
  • We serve Fair Trade Green Mountain Coffee
  • We serve organic salad dressing, soy milk and tofu, as well as gluten-free Trix Cereal

RECYCLING

  • Our napkins and paper towels are made from recycled paper only
  • We purchase in bulk to reduce packaging waste
  • We recycle paper and cardboard

    ENERGY AND WATER CONSERVATION

    • We have gone trayless to conserve water and energy
