Brandeis University Catering provides all food and beverage services on campus at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Please feel free to contact us for any special arrangements or items you may not find in this guide.
It is our goal to exceed your expectations and we are always available to create a menu tailored to your specific needs.

To place an order contact the Conference and Events Office between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday at 781-736-4300.
While we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
We recommend when planning events for larger groups that you contact the Conference and Events Office at least four weeks in advance.

We provide catering service offering healthy and dazzling cuisine for any occasion. We provide everything you need drawing upon a network of the finest merchants to meet each events specific needs.

We look forward to the opportunity of bringing the imaginative menus, exceptional value and specialized service to your next special event.

ON-TIME DISCOUNT

We will offer a 5% discount to clients who confirm their events “on-time.”  The sheet must be confirmed and out to castle catering.  On time means:

    •  Non-kosher events are confirmed seven (7) business days in advance
    •  Kosher events are confirmed ten (10) business days in advance
    • Final counts are due five (5) business days prior to the event to receive the discount
    • The discount only applies to food and excludes wait staff, alcohol, and linen
    • If someone makes a dietary request at the last minute this will not preclude them from the discount as long as that person was included in the final numbers

Reminder to all large groups to please review the alcohol policy upon booking

Compostable materials (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery) are also available upon request for an additional $1 per person.
