Brandeis University Dining Services is delighted to offer you a world-class dining program, featuring great menu variety, the highest quality products and service in a relaxed setting. Our ever-changing menus will surely please all of the diverse tastes of the Brandies community. You will enjoy traditional American cuisine, ethnic delights, scrumptious vegetarian and vegan dishes and a wide variety of nutritious options.

Dining Services is pleased to bring the following new programs and concepts to the Brandeis University community this semester:  


  • Dining Services continued the tradition of participating in the Toys for Tots Program and collected 300+ toys campus wide for children in need this past holiday season.
  • Dining Services, together with Brandeis University, participated in the first annual Relay for Life event held at Brandeis in early December.  The team consisting of managers helped the “Dining Dashers” Team raise over $2000.
  • New Vegan sandwich has been added to the grab and go sandwich cycle.
  • In a continuing effort to maintain a sustainable environment, Dining Services is converting certain cleaning chemicals over to more eco-friendly products.
  • Fall semester survey results are in and Dining Services received tremendous improvements in 12 out of 14 categories!
  • Now you can listen to what is going on in Dining through our Pod Casting.
  • Daily menus and corresponding nutritional information added to the Dining Services website.
  • Einstein Bros. Bagels has added lox to the menu as a side item.
  • Soup has been added at the Java City Schneider location.
  • Expanded pasta and salad bar options have been added.
  • A new Natures Balance cycle menu has been added to include many new vegan high protein items.
  • In our continuing effort to increase Trans fat free products from the bakery, Low Fat, Trans-Fat Free Muffins will be available in Usdan beginning Monday, January. 28, 2008.
  • A new Kosher grab-and-go sandwich menu cycle has been introduced. 
  • An expanded Organic section has been added in the C-Store.
  • Look for ready to go-reheat pre packaged meals in the C-Store as part of the ever expanding C-Meal program.
  • A new cooked to order WOK station has been added where patrons can choose their own menu ingredients from the expanded salad bar.
  • New Stein Nights planned for the entire semester.  
  • Ollie’s Eatery will be opening January 2008 – This new diner concept will be bringing all of your breakfast favorites served in the late night hours!

We now offer Trans Fat Free Chocolate Chip Cookies at Natures Balance.  Healthy snacking never tasted so delicious!

The Expressway "C-Store" has recently introduced a new designated area for organic and natural food products: 25+ new organic products in the grocery category including organic and soy milk, assorted natural cookies, organic juices and organic chips are now conveniently located in the C-Store!
