This residential dining hall is an all-you-can-eat dining facility featuring nine different stations. You'll find an abundant variety of fresh foods prepared from scratch each day. The menu is sure to tempt your senses with foods from around the globe and down home-cooking.
Our Soup station features two homemade soups daily. One is guaranteed to be a delicious vegetarian or vegan offering. In the mood for something "non" traditional? Then visit Center Stage, our signature specialty station. This station rotates twice a day, offering items like Japanese broth bowls, nacho salads, and grilled panini. Looking for something lighter? Then visit our Salad station, where we have over 25 rotating ingredients. Our Deli station features a special of the day and made-to-order sandwiches on fresh baked bread. At the Entree station, you are sure to find a complete meal that will tickle your taste buds. Check out the house specialties like fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and "taco" Tuesdays. At the Pizza station, you can watch your pizza tossed and topped. Our hand stretched pie is covered with home-made marinara and the finest ingredients. In the mood for Pasta? Then be sure to check out the rotating pasta of the day. You can build your creation by choosing your sauce and all the freshest ingredients tossed in front of your eyes. The Grill station is sure to have all your favorites like grilled chicken breast, veggie burgers, and french fries. Don't forget to finish your meal with something sweet from our Dessert station.
Aside from our regular menu, Berklee Dining Services also hosts several themed meals throughout the semester. The dining hall is converted to a haunted house for Halloween, serving witche's brew, boiled hearts, eye-ball chowder, bat wings, and witches fingers. Come and see if you can recognize your dining team in costume.
Another favorite holiday for Berklee dining is the Valentines' Day chocolate lover's buffet. Don't have someone to share it with? That's okay. Come drown yourself in waterfalls of white, milk, and dark chocolate.
