The Student Catering Guide is available for student groups of individual students. This is an affordable no-frills option for your event planning. Orders can be picked up in bulk at The Center during normal business hours.

Reserving the Room
Please be sure that aroom is reserved and that the proper amount of tables and chairs are requested for your event. If you are uncertain about the numbers and types of equipment needed, please consult the Events Planner.

Determining Your Catering Needs
This guide is only that - a guide. If you do not know what you are looking for, please feel free to consult the Catering Director. We can assist you with your menu planning and come up with custom menus to fit any event.

Guarantee
When you schedule your event with us, you will be asked to give us an estimate of the number of people that will be attending. We will require that you provide us with a guaranteed number of attendees three (3) working days before your event. This is the number that you will be billed for. This number may increase within those three days, but it cannot decrease.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for any event canceled at least five (5) working days in advance. After you have given the guarantee you will be held responsible for all applicable fees.

Specialty Items
We can provide a number of other services such as: flowers, balloons, colored linens, ice carvings, and special rental equipment. All these services carry their own charges, so please consult an Event Planner for specific costs.

Service
All orders are for pick up only. Plates and cutlery are priced separately. No delivery.
