Wrap #76: Order a medium omelet (I prefer ham, both cheese, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms but it's what you prefer). While it cooks, grab a tortilla shell and get a piece of yellow American cheese; tear the cheese in half and put two peices end to end in the middle of the shell. When the omelet is finished, cut it into smaller peices and place it in the shell over the cheese. Now take another piece of cheese and again tear it in half and place on top of the omelet. Wrap it up so the ends are enclosed and asked for it to be grilled on the panini machine and it will be done and ready to eat in just two minutes. Don't forget to add the salsa to the top! Delicious! submitted by Erik Hayes (Nov 2006)
