Meal Plans - Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I use my meal plan?
Your meal plan can be used in any of our dining facilities on campus as well as for pizza delivery from predetermined local establishments.  Beginning Fall 2008, meal plan monies may also be used in on-campus vending machines.

 

What if I lose my Dining/ID card?
Lost cards must be reported immediately to the I.D. Office at (660) 562-1430. You can obtain a replacement card at the I.D. Office, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.  You are responsible for all charges made on your account until the loss of your card has been reported.

What do I do if my declining balance dollars run low?
Each time you purchase a meal or snack, the cashier will tell you the balance of your account. If your dollars run low, you may authorize your next installment or add money in increments of $25 to your account using this site.   

Who can use my card?
For your protection, the only person authorized to use your card is you. However, you can always treat guests using your meal plan dollars as long as your are present when purchases are made with your card.

What happens to my unused declining balance dollars at the end of the trimester?
Unused declining balance dollars transfer from the fall to spring trimester.  However, all balances must be used by midnight on the last day of finals for the spring trimester.  Any remaining balance at the end of spring trimester is non-refundable.
