Email the Campus Dining Office (diningc@gvsu.edu) your name and Campus Dish email address and request that your saved student barcode # be removed. Allow 24 business hours to process. You will then have to enter in your new card information in Campus Dish.
Login (or create an account if you have not done so)Go to 'My Account'Go to Onecard Options and input your card #Make sure 'View Dining Balance online' and 'Show balance on Home page' both are set to Yes. If your debit balance > 0, it can be viewed on the homepage.
Is the correct student id barcode number being used?Is the address you selected as the billing address the same as the credit card's billing address?Is the expiration date correct and not in the past?Is the CVV code from the back of your credit card correct?Is your credit card available balance sufficient for the transaction?
