How do I order a new meal plan?

Click login or create new account using the email address and password of your choice
Add address under Manage Addresses
Select Dining Plan based on Living Center
Select Meal Plan you wish to purchase
Make sure you enter the students 14 digit barcode to complete the order


How do I add on debit $ to an existing meal plan?

Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice
Add address under Manage Addresses
Select Dining Plan based on Living Center
Select Add-On $
Make sure you enter the students 14 digit barcode to complete the order


I forgot my password, what do I do now?

Click login
Click 'Forgot Password'
Input your email address and a new password will be emailed to you


My student id # changed, how do I save my new card #?

Email the Campus Dining Office (diningc@gvsu.edu) your name and Campus Dish email address and request that your saved student barcode # be removed.  Allow 24 business hours to process.  You will then have to enter in your new card information in Campus Dish.


How can I view my debit balance?

Login (or create an account if you have not done so)
Go to 'My Account'
Go to Onecard Options and input your card #
Make sure 'View Dining Balance online' and 'Show balance on Home page' both are set to Yes.  If your debit balance > 0, it can be viewed on the homepage.


Why am I getting an error on the payment page?

Is the correct student id barcode number being used?
Is the address you selected as the billing address the same as the credit card's billing address?
Is the expiration date correct and not in the past?
Is the CVV code from the back of your credit card correct?
Is your credit card available balance sufficient for the transaction?


What is the turnaround time for processing my order?

New Meal Plan - 24 business hours
Add on debit $ to existing account - immediate


 
What do I do if I lost my card or it was stolen?

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST contact the Campus Dining Office at 616.331.3399 option 1 or toll free at 1-888-370-6560, option 1.  After hours or weekends contact 616.331.3272.  You will need to have your card replaced through Student Services.
