The Fresh Food Company (FFCo) offers all-you-care-to-eat dining in a modern setting. The kitchen is eliminated so all food is prepared right in front of you. Here you’ll find seven stations featuring a variety of foods prepared on pretty cool equipment like a brick-fired pizza oven, rotisserie ovens, and 360 degree Mongolian-style grill.

AMERICAN DINER Find all your favorite grilled foods at American Diner. Enjoy gourmet burgers and grilled sandwiches on specialty buns plus a variety of fries and appetizers. Enjoy a daily vegetarian option at this station.

MEDITERRANEAN Choose from traditional cheese and pepperoni pizzas, one of our rotating specialty pizzas, breadsticks, calzones, and more. In addition, we’re sautéing a tasty pasta dish right in front of you each day. Enjoy a daily vegetarian option at this station.

INTERNATIONAL GRILL The International Grill at FFCo features an impressive 360-degree Mongolian-style grill where we create a variety of international favorites including quesadillas, gyros, Asian stir-fry, and much more.

SOUTHERN KITCHEN In the mood for traditional comfort food? Look no further than Southern Kitchen, featuring everything from crispy chicken strips with home-made mashed potatoes to corn flake battered cod fillets with sautéed green beans.

SANDWICH SHOP Choose from whatever super tasty sandwich is on the menu at this station or create your own with your choice of meats, cheeses, and toppings.

PRODUCE MARKET Who doesn’t love a good salad? Stop by the produce market where you can create a different salad every day of the week with all the toppings we give you to choose from.

SOUP DU JOUR Enjoy two soup choices during every meal, including one vegetarian option.

BAKE SHOP Treat yourself to a variety of fresh-baked cookies, fudge brownies, parfaits, cakes, pies, and more. Soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, and frozen ice cream novelty treats are offered daily.

BEVERAGES Get an icy cold, refreshing drink or an invigorating hot one at one of the beverage stations throughout the restaurant.
