The Fresh Food Company (FFCo.) offers all-you-care-to-eat dining in a modern, comfortable setting. The kitchen is eliminated as all food is prepared in front of our guests. Featuring seven stations offering various cuisine, the FFCo. boasts a brick-fired pizza oven, rotisserie ovens, and 360 degree Mongolian-style grill to bring you residential dining at its finest.

AMERICAN DINER You’ll find all your favorite grilled foods at this destination. Enjoy gourmet burgers and grilled sandwiches on specialty buns, a variety of fries and appetizers to satisfy any craving. Enjoy a daily vegetarian option at this station.

MEDITERRANEAN Choose from an assortment of traditional cheese and pepperoni pizzas, as well as specialty toppings, breadsticks, calzones, and more. In addition, each day a savory pasta dish is menued and created from scratch in front of guests as they wait. Enjoy a daily vegetarian option at this station.

INTERNATIONAL GRILL The International Grill at FFCo features an impressive, 360-degree Mongolian-style grill that is used to prepare a variety of international favorites including quesadillas, gyros, Asian stir-fry, and much more.

SOUTHERN KITCHEN This destination serves up traditional comfort foods every day. From corn flake battered cod fillets with sautéed green beans to crispy chicken strips atop home-made mashed potatoes, this station offers a touch of home.

SANDWICH SHOP The Sandwich Shop offers a changing menu of specialty sandwiches on assorted breads with a diverse selection of meats, cheeses, vegetables, and dressings. If you have a unique preference for sandwich fixings, don’t worry--you can build your own sandwich too, including vegetarian options.

PRODUCE MARKET Visit the Produce Market to enjoy a colorful array of the season’s best fruits and vegetables. This destination provides an abundance of healthy and vegetarian options daily.

SOUP DU JOUR Enjoy two soups during every meal period, including one vegetarian soup option.

BAKE SHOP This array of treats is positively scrumptious-- enjoy a variety of fresh-baked cookies, fudge brownies, parfaits, cakes, pies, and more. Its sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, and frozen ice cream novelty treats are also offered daily.
