What is a Low Balance Alert?

The Low Balance Alert program of CampusDish Messenger allows you to be conveniently notified by email that your current card balance is below a certain balance threshold.  You have the ability to set that balance threshold by going to your account profile options
'My Account-->CampusDish Messenger' in CampusDish.

How does the Low Balance Alert system work?

Each week the Low Balance Alert system checks the threshold you set in CampusDish against your card balance.  If the balance is below the threshold, an email will be generated to let you know you are low and a link will be provided in the email on how you can reload directly from the web.

Who can receive a Low Balance Alert?

Anyone with a CampusDish account.

How much does this service cost?
