Flexibility makes it easy to get the most value out of your plan. We offer four on campus meal plan option for those living in the residence halls and two off campus meal plan for those living off campus, faculty, or staff.

On Campus/Residential
All 2014-2015 meal plans for on campus students living in the residence halls are included in room and board charges and cost $1,980 per semester. The following is breakdown of what each on campus meal plan includes:

All Access plan
Unlimited entry each day for the meal plan owner at Geisert & Williams Dining Halls.
Meals Per semester: Unlimited
Dining Dollars: $250
Quick Cash: $125

120 Block plan
Meals are allotted and available for entire semester. Provides the plan owner with flexibility week to week for meal use.
Meals per semester: 120
Dining Dollars: $985
Quick Cash: $125

14 Meals per Week plan
Meals per week: 14
Dining Dollars: $400
Quick Cash: $125

9 Meals per Week plan
Meals per week: 9
Dining Dollars: $825

Students living in the Residence Halls have the option to switch their meal plan within the first two weeks of the semester. To do this, please contact the Quick Card Office, here.

Commuter/Non Residential
There are also two Off-Campus options available for commuter, part-time, and off campus students for the 2014-2015 academic year. The following is a breakdown for these smaller plans:

*Please note that meal plans can be to your tuition up until your first tuition payment is due (August 1). You can set up this option by contacting Student Financial Services at 309-677-3120 or by email at stufees@bradley.edu.  If you would like to purchase using a credit card, the on-line purchasing option will be available beginning July 1st.*

50 Block plan
Meals are allotted and available for entire academic year(the meals and Dining Dollars will not expire at the end of the first semester). This plan may be purchased at any point in the year and may be purchased more than once, should you desire more meals. Provides the plan owner with flexibility week to week for meal use.

***BONUS! Purchase three 50 block plans to use throughout the year, and receive 75 extra Dining Dollars!*** This promotional purchase may only be made in person at the Cashier's Window in Swords hall.

BU Bucks (Available starting May 19th)
Year-round declining balance dollars for students who would like to make regular purchases and take advantage of promotions and reduced pricing at dining locations on campus.
Advantages of BU Bucks:
· BU Bucks can be used at any dining location on campus
· They do not expire until you leave the University
· Enable users to take advantage of promotions and add-on bonuses
· Convenience of using your Bradley ID card instead of carryng cash or multiple cards
· Make deposits (in any incrememt larger than $10) at any time by logging into MyBU

Faculty & Staff Meal Plans
You have enough to do without worrying about packing lunch and snacks for work. The BU Bucks Faculty & Staff Meal Plan option offers you flexibility, value, and conveneince!

 Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my meal plan?

You will be able to log into your MyBU.bradley.edu account from August 23-Spetember 5 to make changes to your meal plan.  If you have technical issues, please contact the staff at the QuickCard office, located on the first floor of Swords Hall for assistance.

If I don’t change my meal plan by September 5, will I have another opportunity?

Yes, your meal plan choice from the fall semester will automatically re-set for spring term and then you will have a few weeks in January to change your plan for the spring term.

What is the difference between BU Bucks and Dining Dollars?

Both are declining dollar accounts that can only be used in on campus dining locations.  Dining Dollars are part of the Bradley Meal Plan and are active for the academic term.  Up to $100 of unused dining dollars will be converted into quick cash each semester.  BU Bucks can be purchased by any Bradley community member; Student, Faculty and Staff.  BU Bucks can be used year round and expire when the person leaves Bradley University.  BU Bucks do not convert into any other payment option.

What is the benefit of having BU Bucks?

Over the course of the year, dining services will offer a wide range of discounts and promotions that are available to those guests using Dining Dollars and BU Bucks as their method of payment.  It is very similar to a membership or purchasing reward program.
