Meet Jill Akland, R.D.

Jill received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences with a dietetics option from South Dakota State University.  She then completed her Clinical Dietetic Internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital.  Jill is a licensed nutritionist and dietitian.  She is currently the Director of Dining Services at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.
