Mandatory students (see our Meal Plan FAQ for details on who is a mandatory student) should purchase Meal Plans through residence life and can not purchase using this website.

Voluntary Students please note: Meals can be used from January 19th, 2009 at 4 pm through May 13, 2009. Unused meals expire at the end of the Spring Semester, May 13, 2009. M&G Dollars will roll over from semester to semester, but will expire after 6 months of inactivity.

All purchases are final. You may not cancel / refund your meal plan purchase unless you officially withdraw from Arizona State University, with University documentation. In this case, refunds will be issued minus used portions of the plan.

If you have a meal plan with a Meal Allowance, all meals must be used in the semester they are purchased. Meals are forfeited at the conclusion of each semester.

M&G dollars rollover each year for voluntary meal plan students. However, M&G dollars will be forfeited after 6 months of non-activity on the dining account or if there are dollars left over after graduation. For Mandatory students, any unused M&G Dollars transfers from the Fall to Spring semester. However all M&G Dollars must be used prior to the conclusion of summer session 2009. Unused dollars after the conclusion of summer session will be forfeited.
