Important Contract Terms - only School of Law student FLEX accounts
Please reserve for me the dining plan indicated for the entire academic year. The declining balance on the dining plan carries forward from Fall to Spring semester, however the balance does not carry forward to the next academic year. Flex Account Dining Plans will be closed at the end of the academic year on May 9, 2008. I understand that the initial cost of the dining plan is non-refundable. To cancel my dining plan, I understand that I must notify the Dining Administrative Office in writing no later than August 31, 2007. No dining plan cancellations will be accepted after this deadline. A cancellation fee of $50.00 applies to all cancellations except in the case of study abroad or December graduation. Non-payment does not constitute dining plan cancellation.
