We accept orders Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Any orders that come to us outside those hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 72 business hours from the time we review your order for all bakery orders (cookies and cakes) to be ready for pick-up.  We will notify your student by phone to pick up their package at The Crossroads on the first floor of Observatory Hill Dining.
