We are proud of our proactive approach to helping students avoid allergic reactions and other food related issues.  Our nutritionist, Paula works with the dining staff to ensure that allergen free menu items are available for students who request them, and that ingredient and allergen information is accessible to student and staff diners who are coping with dietary issues.
