Vegetarian and Vegan: Look for a variety of vegetarian and vegan items displayed just to the right of the Center Stage station.
Premium Salad Bar: In addition to the traditional salad bar with at least 25 different items and 12 different dressings every day, a rotating menu of specialty salads are offered daily. Previous recipes include Thai salad, Greek salad, and BLT pasta salad.
Innovations: Turn to the right when you pass the cashier to try our made-to-order custom meals. You can make your own omelets in the morning and have tasty stir-fry for lunch and dinner.

Hoo Street Grill: A rotating menu of specialty burgers and fries. (All of our deep fried foods are prepared in oil with 0 grams trans fat.)

Hoo’s in a Hurry: A take-out program included in your dining plan. Simply identify your meal as take-out when you swipe at the cashier stand, and help yourself to any of the recipes served in the residential dining room.
Kosher Meals: Offered at O-Hill and Newcomb, enjoy fresh sandwiches and salads made daily at the Hillel House.
