Observatory Hill is located on the southwestern corner of Alderman and McCormick Roads near the first year residences. More commonly known as O'Hill, this predominately first-year dining room has eight stations to choose from, including a vegetarian/vegan bar where entrees are prepared without animal protein. Other options include made-to-order omelets and stir fry; as well as a Kosher Meal program and Hoo's in a Hurry- a flexible take-out program where reusable to-go containers are encouraged.
