Observatory Hill is located on the southwestern corner of Alderman and McCormick Roads near the first year residences.

Center Stage: This station, immediately to the left when you enter the dining room, offers a changing selection of interactive recipes.

Vegetarian and Vegan: Look for a variety of vegetarian and vegan items displayed just to the right of the Center Stage station.

Premium Salad Bar: In addition to the traditional salad bar with at least 25 different items and 12 different dressings every day, a rotating menu of specialty salads are offered daily. Previous recipes include Thai salad, Greek salad, and BLT pasta salad.

Innovations: Turn to the right when you pass the cashier to try our made-to-order stir fry. Choose from fresh ingredients, oil or water during the frying, and sticky or regular rice.

Traditions: Enjoy home-style meals that include carved meats and hot sides.

Hoo Street Grill: A rotating menu of specialty burgers, grilled chicken, and fries. (All of our deep fried foods are prepared in oil with 0 grams trans fat.)

Uppercrust: Enjoy fresh deli meats and cheeses. Hot and cold sandwiches are made-to-order.

Old World: All your favorite Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including pizza and pasta.

Hoo’s in a Hurry: A take-out program included in your dining plan. Simply identify your meal as take-out when you swipe at the cashier stand, and help yourself to any of the recipes served in the residential dining room.
