The Hotel E is one of the original structures of Jefferson's historic "academical village." It is on the south end of the West Range, next to Garrett Hall and the Ampitheater. The Garden Room is on the first floor of Hotel E.

The Garden Room is a great place for faculty, staff, parents and visitors to dine; students are welcome as guests of faculty members. Enjoy the hot buffet or choose the soup, salad, sandwich buffet. Signature desserts, soft drinks and coffee are available, too.

Colonnade Club members receive a 10% discount at the Garden Room. Also, we offer a convenient “to go” service. Simply call in your order to 3-8961.

The Garden Room has conference rooms convenient for morning and early afternoon meetings on Central Grounds.  The E1 and E2 conference rooms each seat up to 14 people.  You may reserve one of the conference rooms or a table in The Garden Room by completing and submitting the Conference Room Reservation Request Form.  We will be accepting reservations for the upcoming Fall semester beginning in August. There is no charge for the reservation; the only cost is for the meals. For confirmation after submitting your online reservation, please contact Rebekah Coleman at 3-8961.
