If you have the Flu: U.Va. Dining wants you to get better soon! We are offering a to-go meal or a special Flu Relief Bundle (FRB) to you during your illness. All you have to do is provide your roommate, friend or flu buddy with your ID and a note that permits them to pick up a meal for you. They can either get a to-go container and fill it with your choice of dining room food, or pick up a FRB for you. The FRB contains the following:(2) 4oz juices(2) packs of broth(1) Jell-O cup(3) snack packs of saltines----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The ProChef Certification program was created by the CIA, the world's premier culinary college, to provide hands-on skill validation and recognize professional achievement. Certification from the CIA provides the ultimate stamp of approval and the Level III designation is the highest credential in this series. U.Va. Dining is extremely proud of Chef Bryan and his accomplishments!
The chefs receiving the highest level, prestigious ProChef III certification are:

Dining strives to maintain the highest safety and cleanliness standards. Hand Sanitizers have been updated or purchased for every dining location. Our sanitizer is effective against the H1N1 virus.
