Can I carry over my unused meals to the next week?
It depends on your plan. If you have any of the Block Plans, you have a certain number of meals to use any way you like. However, if you have the Lite 10, Rocket 15, or Premier 19 Plans, the meals must be used in the week they’re assigned and cannot be carried over to the next week. Unused meals in your Block Plan will carry over from the fall to spring semester. Any unused meals at the end of the spring semester will be forfeited. Dining Dollars also carry over from fall to spring but will be lost at the end of the spring semester.
Can I change my meal plan?
Yes. Students enrolled in classes who are eligible to change or drop their meal plan and may do so by filling out the appropriate paperwork at the Campus Community Support Services office (1610 Rocket Hall). However, students must do this before the end of the normal Drop/Add period.
Can I treat a friend to a meal on my plan?
It depends on where you eat. Only YOU can use your all-you-care-to eat meals - one meal per meal period. But YOU can treat a friend to a meal at any of our dining facilities using your Dining or Rocket Dollars.
What is the difference between Dining Dollars and Rocket Dollars?
Dining Dollars can only be used on campus to eat at our retail stores and dining halls. Rocket Dollars can also be used at these locations; however, they are accepted at certain restaurants and other stores off campus, as well as at the UT Bookstore, Rocket Copy and other UT locations. What do I do if my Rocket Dollars run low?
Simply make a deposit to your account by cash, check, money order, or in person by visiting the friendly cashiers at Rocket Hall. Just tell them you want to add to your Rocket Dollars, or visit our website at http://www.rocketcard.utoledo.edu/. Credit cards are able to be used online only.
