UT Dining Mission Statement

Our Vision is to be an innovative partner, providing culinary excellence, world class hospitality, and effective leadership to support the growth and prosperity of The University of Toledo.

 

UT Dining and Hospitality Services knows the key to success is continuing to enhance our dining program to not only create excitement and increase satisfaction with the dining program, but also to offer students unique dining experiences that build appreciation for authentic cuisine and promotes a social environment. Through, "edutainment", promotions, and new culinary selections throughout campus, our team is committed to making dining at UT memorable for the community.

 

We value our role to promote UT with integrity, and provide opportunities for diverse community relationships.  We are committed to use our resources, planning acumen, and understanding of the campus to continue to build the UT Dining of the future through six specific performance guidelines:

 

  • We will promote hospitality
  • We will continue to create compelling destinations throughout the community
  • We will promote value perception and ensure value perception of services is high on campus
  • Through our programming and working with other departments on campus, we will build and promote spirit and tradition
  • We will continue to promote diversity and multicultural awareness
  • We will deliver on our promises
