Weekly Tip

Fill 1/2 of your plate with fruits and vegetables, 1/4 of your plate with protein like meats and dairy and 1/4 your plate with whole grains.
 

Weekly Challenge

Feeling Weary? More caffeine isn't the answer. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recommends no more than 200-300mg of caffeine per day. For one entire day add up the caffeine you consume. If it's over 200-300mg caffeine per day find one way to cut back!
