Welcome to Monarch Dining's "Ask the Dietitian" page! I am available for students to learn how to make healthy choices that lead to improved well-being. My focus lies in a balanced approach to wellness, healthy eating, and fitness.
I provide FREE individual consultations to students for issues such as, but not limited to, the following:
