Cafeterias and Dining Halls are a thing of the past and Residential Restaurants are in. Featuring cutting edge exhibition cooking, authentic ethnic dishes, a culinary twist on old American favorites and a greater variant of healthy/vegetarian options prepared right before your eyes, we ensure that your dining program in no way resembles a cafeteria.
