The Longwood Dollars account is a prepaid, stored-value account that is part of your University ID Card. It is the convenient, cashless way to pay for your purchases on campus. It is a debit card that holds money for you until you use it. Longwood Dollars transfer over from semester to semester, year to year, so there is no risk. Use it to supplement an additional meal or two each week, to purchase a-la-carte retail items at our retail locations or to treat family or friends when they come to visit.

To use your Longwood Dollars account, simply deposit money into your Longwood Dollars account and the balance will decrease with each purchase you make. Best of all, there are no fees to maintain the account, so the money you deposit is yours to spend. Longwood Dollars is available to all resident students, commuter students and faculty and staff. The entire Longwood community is encouraged to participate in this program. Forget about carrying around cash or wallets, checks or ATM cards - If you've got a Longwood Dollars account, you've got the safe way to pay.
You can verify your account balance at any Longwood Dining cashier station on campus. If you see you are running low, don't panic. You can add more by simply stopping by the Longwood Dining office located in the lower level of the Dorrill Dining Hall.
