Moe's Southwest Grill opened in Midtown Square on Tuesday, August 18.  Moe's is a fast-casual restaurant featuring fresh southwest fare. At Moe's, each meal is individually prepared before the customer and is accompanied by free chips and salsa.  The music is from the dearly departed and the menu names will make you laugh.

Best known for signature items like the Joey Bag of Donuts burrito, the John Cocoston quesadilla and the Fat Sam fajitas, the customizabe menu allows customers a choice of chicken, pork, ground beef, tofu, or all-veggie for each mouth-watering menu item.
