Guiding Principles

3. We offer healthy food options, prepared within all safe food regulations, in a clean and safe environment. We give the customer the chance to make the decision to live a balanced, healthy life. We will meet with anyone to discuss the best options for their dining needs.
4. We exhibit an atmosphere where individuals must demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness. Good citizenship requires respect for everyone, in all situations. We offer praise for good examples, and apply appropriate consequences for actions inconsistent with quality citizen leadership. People represent their community in all that they do.
5. We promote learning. We dedicate ourselves to the continued development and growth of the Student Employee Program and the training and orientation of all ARAMARK employees.
