Catering Manager Supervise total catering operations. Bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry and management experience). 3+ years of operational experience in hotel/banquet setting required. - Experience in full life-cycle catering from planning to execution - Proven ability to manage full life-cycle catering operations - Able to work event based hours - Current ServSafe and TIPS certification required. Catering Sales Coordinator Responsible for planning catering events of varying sizes and levels in both central and satellite locations, booking events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed. Assist with catering operations. Responsible for various administrative duties within the department. Associate’s Degree (and/or requisite industry and management experience). Minimum of two years of sales and/or operational experience in hotel/banquet/catering setting is required. Current ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred and is required upon employment as well as valid Driver’s License.
Assistant Managers Salaried Non-Exempt, 12 Month Position Prior supervisory experience required
Assistant Catering Manager Salaried non-exempt position Must have catering experience and be able to work a flexible schedule.
