Thank you for considering the College’s Classic Fare Catering for your special event! Whether your catering needs call for a lavish reception, a small get-together, a business meeting, or a “party-to-go,” guests of Classic Fare can be assured of courteous and competent service at all times.
Our professional staff would be delighted to assist you in planning the details of your function to make it a truly special event. We look forward to extending our hospitality to you.
Booking Procedures
- Please contact the Campus Center Office to make room arrangements for On-Campus catered events. The office can be reached at 419.448.2193.
- Once a room has been booked through the Campus Center Office, please contact the Catering Director by calling 419.448.2329 with the following information:
- Organization name or department
- Name and phone number of contact person
- Description of function
- Date and time event will start and finish
- Location of event
- Menu requested…let us design your menu
- Anticipated attendance
- Type of room set-up desired
- We recommend that your food and facility arrangements be made as early as possible to enable us to procure menu items of specialties desired to insure the success of your event. Menu selections should be made two weeks prior to the event for meals and at least three days prior to the event for beverage service. If you should need to make any last minute changes to your catering order, please contact the catering office. We will gladly accommodate your needs in a timely fashion.
