On the Bluff Catering can customize a menu that fits your event needs. Together our experienced staff and talented chefs create tasteful, organized events that guests will remember. |
Timing: We require two weeks prior notice for any catered event, although we will make every effort to accommodate your group on less notice whenever possible. A five percent (5%) late charge will be added to any order not received within three business days prior to your event.
Delivery Fees: A delivery charge will be applied to all deliveries under $75.
Linens: Basic linen is included in the price of your catered meal. Specialty linen (e.g. ballroom length tablecloths, prints, overlays, skirting, etc.) is available for an extra charge.
Sales Tax: For all clients who are not billed through the University, a sales tax will be applied. If you, or your organization is tax exempt, we will need a copy of your tax exempt certificate prior to your event .
Removal of Food: Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Regulations, and food safety liabilities, it is our policy that food and beverages not consumed during your event may not be removed. Your health and well being is our primary concern.
