If I don't use all of my meals in one week, do they carry over to the following week?

Meals do NOT carry over from one week to the next. It is important that you select the right plan to fit your schedule and your eating habits to ensure that you get the full value for your dollars. Remember, you have unlimited access to the dining hall with the Ultimate Plan.


Can I treat a friend by using two "meals" in a meal period?

You are the only person allowed to use your "meals", however, you can use multiple meals per meal period ONLY with the Ultimate Plan and Block plans. If you would like to treat a friend, you may pay for their meal using your Flex Dollars.


What do I do if my meal plan dollars run low?

Each time you purchase a snack or a full meal, you may ask the cashier to tell you how many meals and/or Flex Dollars you have remaining. If your Flex runs low, you can add additional Flex Dollars to your account using cash, check, money order or credit card. Simply go to the Business Office in Old Main to make your payment.


What happens to my unused Flex Dollars at the end of the semester?

Your unused Flex dollars will transfer from the fall to the spring semester. At the end of the spring semester, any unused dollars are not refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.


Who can use my card?

For your protection, the only person authorized to use your card is you.


What if I lose my card?

Students who lose their ID card should report it immediately to Campus Safety, 610-499-4200. A replacement card can be obtained at the Campus Safety Office in Lipka Hall. If your card is lost or stolen on the weekend, please go to the University Center Dining Hall and you will be issued a temporary card to get you through the weekend.


Will my unused block meals carry over from the fall to the spring semester?

Block meals are to be used only during the semester in which they were purchased. If you run out of meals in a semester, you may purchase another block plan at any time. Call the Meal Plan Office at: (610) 499-4418.


How can I get a menu before I go to the dining hall?

Complete weekly menus for the dining hall are posted in the residence halls, at the entrance to each dining hall, and on our website in the Menu section. For quick review of the day's menu, you may call the Menu Hotline at 610-499-4626.
