This is not your parent's dining hall!  Here you'll find an abundant variety of fresh foods, prepared right before your eyes only moments before serving! Treat yourself to fresh cooked pasta, traditional home-style meals, hot and hearty soups, fresh made salads and wraps, stir-fry, hand tossed pizza,  and homemade desserts.

We concentrate on preparing more options created just for you, prepared before your eyes. A visit to University Center will now be known for its merit as an exciting setting, as well as, a place where your meal is prepared in an appetizing and individualized way, right before your eyes! 

What is RFoC?
We listened when students told us that they're looking for a retail-like food experience with "real food". Translation - looking and tasting like a "cafeteria" just doesn't cut it anymore. We are introducing new restaurant-style culinary options, developing flexible designs and equipment, creating trendy and comfortable environments for students to can hang out with their friends, re-defining our approach to customer service and creating membership options (formerly meal plans) that best meet students' lifestyle needs.
