~ Offer re-useable to-go containers at Dulany Hall
~ Provide napkins made from recycled materials
~ Recycle waste materials in ALL Dining locations
~ Recycle/refill all print cartridges from Dining offices
~ Recycle used fryer oil
~ Purchase milk and bakery items from local vendors
~ Feature local produce
~ Turn off all lights and equipment when not in use
~ Use green cleaning chemicals
~ Offer organic snacks and beverages at retail locations
