What does error "Account number is invalid for 'Student Card Number', or the system does not recognize the configuration. Please contact us with any questions." mean?
 

Your Student ID Card Number is either not in the dining system or is incorrectly entered.  Recheck the page for a description of where the card number is located and make sure you are typing it in correctly.  If you are entering the number correctly, your ID is either inactive or expired.  Please contact the dining office at 570-372-4228 to have your ID card status verified.  

 
My card number changed, how do I save my new card number?

Email the Campus Dining Office (see the Contact Us page), with your name and the email address you use to order on CampusDish. Request that your saved Student ID Card # be removed. Please allow 24 business hours to process. You will then have to enter in your new card information in Campus Dish - Student Card Number Options screen.


 
What is family link?

Students:
Family link allows students to give other people the ability to view their current balance.

Parents:
If you family link a student who has a saved card, you then can select their name when making meal plan or point purchases on CampusDish instead of having to know their card number.


 
How do I use family link?

Login. Go to “My account” “Family link” and click the “new family” button. Enter their email address.

Students:
The family member will receive an email with a password to their account if they did not previously create one. When they login they can see your balance.

Parents:
Now, if the student you have family linked has saved their card, you may purchase meal plans or points for them by selecting their name on the recipient page instead of entering their name and card number.


 
Why do I not have a "Continue to Checkout" button?

If you have not already entered a credit card billing address into "Manage Addresses" you must first enter a new address (your credit card billing address) and save it. After adding the address you may then return to the shopping cart to complete your order.

What if I want to purchase a gift from Sweet Temptations with my Crusader Cash account?
 

 

Crusader Cash account:
First, you need to make sure that you have linked your Student ID card in the "OneCard" options screen in the "My Account" section.

You will not allowed to purchase Crusader Cash at the same time, so make sure that your shopping cart is empty.

Select your gift product by clicking Gift Baskets in the grey navigation bar, then following the links on that page to the online shopping site for Sweet Temptations.
Select your product and complete your purchase by choosing Student Account as your payment option.  This amount will be automatically deducted from your Crusader Cash account, you will notice the balance on the home page will be adjusted accordingly. 

Please note you will need to have enough money in this account to cover the purchase, or you will not be allowed to complete the purchase.

Please Note:  CampusDish only supports Internet Explorer or Firefox when using an iMac or Windows PC.  Safari is not a supported browser.

 

 
What if I want to purchase a gift from Sweet Temptations with my credit card?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover online for credit card purchases.  Make sure you include the billing address of your credit card AND the school address of your gift recipient in the 'My Account' 'Manage Addresses' area.  On the Recipient page, select the gift recipient from the drop down box.  Select the delivery date from the drop down calendar on this page before continuing to checkout.

Please note:  We offer PICK UP only for gifts, we will contact your student to pick up their gift at the dining hall during our convenient pick up hours.  We require a 4 day advanced notice for your order and we do not accept orders after the deadline stated for the monthly packages.
